Each year I send a CHUM calendar to some family friends we've known since the 70's who are now at an assisted living facility.

They have themes to decorate the entry to their apartment now and then. The latest theme was "sand 'n sun." They sent me this snapshot to show me what they put together for that.

Next time you're procrastinating about uploading / submitting entries for a photo contest, remember that you can help bring a smile to some very loving senior citizens.
